Exchange and Return Policy

• Purchased item can be exchanged for any available product with the same price or higher. 
• To exchange the item you must present proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
• The items can only be exchanged if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.
• The item can be exchanged only within 14 (fourteen) calendar  days  from the date of purchase.
• If you find a factory defect, you can exchange or return the item within 14 (fourteen) calendar  days.

• Items can be returned within  maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days if their consumer properties, factory labels and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.
• If you find a factory defect, please notify us within 7 (seven) calendar days and we will replace the product, resolve issue or refund. The only exceptions are defects  caused by your improper handling or violation of the manufacturer's instructions.
• You must present proof of purchase to return products.
